Non Immigrant Visa's to Spain

Process for Visitor Immigration

As a Mexican National, you are not required to obtain a visa if you are visiting Spain for less than ninety (90) days every 6 months.

  • You are not allowed to accept employment while you are visiting Spain without a visa.

  • You must have a current passport to visit Spain.

  • Residents of Mexico may be granted a Schengen visa (Visitor Visa), which allows visitors to travel to any or all member countries, with one single visa.  This is very beneficial to visitors who may wish to visit other countries without needing to obtain individual visas or additional expenses.

    • The purpose of the visit must be leisure, tourism, or business.

    • A Schengen visa allows the holder to travel freely within the Schengen countries for a maximum stay of up to 90 days in a 6 month period.

    • The following 15 countries are currently active Schengen Visa members:

      • Austria

      • Germany
