The employee receives visitors and callers to the Consular Agency; checks e-mail entries daily; provides routine information and assistance for Control Report of Birth Abroad’s and Passports, Welfare and Whereabouts and Arrest cases. The employee types letters and forms; prepares statistics, monthly expense vouchers, and records all fees collected and transmitted to the Embassy. Candidate must have a High school degree and at least two years of University studies or technical business education. Candidate must have at least one year experience. Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English. |
