Astellas is looking for an executive assistant to the VP that will have at least 5 years experience at the executive level administrative support preferably in Sales and Marketing. Candidate must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft software. Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English with some Portuguese preferred.
