i am a British Citizen currently in Guadalajara Mexico, i have been here now since June 2007, making some travels home in between. The reason i am here in Mexico is because im in a same sex relationship with a Mexican Citizen now for almost 2 Years 6 months.
 
I was unaware that it was possible that my partner and i could move to England to settle permanantly after a 2 year probation, this to me was a great relief after investigating further i discovered i would require documents as evidence for our relationship to proove that is over 2 years, these documents in the form of utility bills, mortgage, bank accounts etc in both names. This is where i am concerned, because i dont have residency here in Mexico i am unable to put my name on such documents as this, i am going to contact previous persons of whom we have rented appartments and ask them to confirm in writing that we were both renting.
Also other periods of time we have been living with my partners family, therefore, i dont have utility bills etc.
We have both worked together in teh same company of which i can get proof and my partner also travelled to England with me for 6 Months of which we have evidence.
 
Please can you advise me of what other documents can be used as evidence? or point me in the direction of some people who can give advice?
 
I am 24 years old and my partner has 23 years old so we are not in a position to have lots of paper work with regards to mortgages etc
 
When we travel to England we shall be living in my family home untill we are settled both with our jobs and at this time we have arranged with my father to rent from him an appartment that he owns.

Do you have mail directed to both of you? Your rent receipts will work if it is in both of your names. Also, pictures through out your relationship. If you have both traveled to the UK and still have your plane tickets or receipts that could also work. Anything that you can do to prove your relationship is necessary. Good luck.
