The employee is the primary Administrative Assistant for the Information Systems Center (ISC) and reports directly to the senior LES Systems Administrator, and in his absence to the Information Systems Officer.  The incumbent serves as the special assistant to the Help Desk supervisor, the Technical Support specialists and the ISC Training Coordinator, and provides administrative support to the Information Management Office.  The incumbent assists in the preparation of the OpenNet Computer Equipment Inventory, e-Score data-entry, the computer inventory reports and in the filing and archiving of ISC official telegrams and Computer Systems Logs.  The incumbent coordinates and assists with special projects in support of VIP visits and information technology modernization initiatives at the Embassy, nine consulates, and fourteen Consular Agencies in Mexico.  The incumbent is rated by the senior LES Systems Administrator and is reviewed by the Information Systems Officer.  

El empleado es el principal asistente administrativo para el Centro de Sistemas de Información (ISC) y depende directamente del administrador de sistemas senior LES, y en su ausencia al responsable de Sistemas de Información. El titular es el asistente especial del supervisor de Help Desk, los especialistas de Soporte Técnico y el Coordinador de Formación de CAI, y proporciona apoyo administrativo a la Oficina de Gestión de la Información. El titular presta asistencia en la preparación de la OpenNet material informático de inventario, e-entrada de datos de la puntuación, el equipo informa de inventario y en la presentación y archivo de los telegramas oficiales ISC e Informática de Sistemas de Registros. El titular coordina y asiste con proyectos especiales en apoyo de las visitas de personalidades y la tecnología de las iniciativas de información de modernización de la Embajada, nueve consulados, y catorce agencias consulares en México. El titular es evaluado por el administrador de sistemas senior LES y es revisado por el Oficial de Sistemas de Información.
