Seeking hands-on, entrepreneurial, District Sales Manager who has a passion for DSD sales and the Hispanic community to lead the new and growing field sales team throughout the US. Beyond these characteristics we are seeking a professional who can positively motivate the District Sales Team and implement new business development strategies that dominate market share. Not to be underestimated is providing the leadership necessary for the sales reps to deliver a level of customer service that perpetually exceeds customers' expectations. It is a huge plus if this individual is bilingual English/Spanish and is already familiar with the Hispanic community. Candidate must have 5-7 years of experience in Customer Goods and a college degree. Candidate must be bilingual in spanish and English.
