Youth Villages is looking for a bilingual family counselor to provide intensive home based family therapy with a small case load of four to six families. The counselor needs to focus in parent interventions to bring change through the family, school, community and peer groups. Counselor must have high intensity, and a strong commitment to Youth Village’s treatment philosophies. Candidate must be an outcome driven, strength focused and creative problem solvers. Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal skill in English are required. Candidate must have a masters degree in social services or a bachelors degree with 2 years of field counseling. Candidate must be available 24 hrs. a day and have their own vehicle for traveling approximately on a 60 mile radius from the office.
