State Farm is looking for a bank supervisor to with a least one year experience. Candidate will be responsible for supervision, career development performance assessment and training of employees. Candidate will have to plan, organize, and coordinate workflow. Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with third party vendors. Candidate should be able to make sound decisions independently, effectively communicate at various levels of management. Candidate should be able to mentor and or act as a knowledgeable resource for team members and peers. Candidate may be required to travel either by airplane or by land to various State Farm locations for seminars, conferences and or meetings.
