 Mexico City (AP)- Pedaling placidly, black-suited businessmen and women in dresses and high heels wheel shiny red bikes between growling green buses, serenaded by shrill police whistles and coughing diesel trucks, the morning sunlight filtering through yellow smog. Happy Earth Day, Mexico City.

Monterrey – The City of Monterrey hosted their annual Parade of Candy where Santa Clause was the main guest. The parade started at 5:00 from Alameda Mariano Escobedo and continued through the main streets of downtown Monterrey, through Pino Suaruez, Cuauhtemoc, Padre Mier, Ocampo, and ended at the Plaza Zaragoza, by Town Hall.
